Company History.

Crescent Energy Services can trace its origins back to 2001, beginning with a single P&A “spread”.  With the momentum of several acquisitions and its reputation and client base expanding, Crescent Energy Services grew to become the largest solely dedicated Crescent Energy Services headquartersprovider of decommissioning and well abandonment services operating in both inland waters and the Gulf of Mexico.  When the industry started slowing down in 2014, Crescent Energy Services realized the opportunity to expand because of its unique position and began purchasing equipment to diversify the company, opening four new divisions: Coil Tubing Services, Warrior Logging Services, Torque Tool Services, and Integrated Lift boat System.

The company currently operates a fleet of fifteen, full service P&A spreads, two Coil Tubing spreads, two Warrior Logging systems providing Gamma Ray Correlation, Conductor Collar Location and Cement Bond Logging, and Torque Tool systems.  These operations are supported by an offshore staff of more than one hundred employees, all certified by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) for work in the Gulf of Mexico.  In addition, the company holds licenses from both the states of Texas and Louisiana in order to conduct operations in their respective state waters.  To support this inland activity, the company also owns and operates two self-contained work/crane barges.

With its base facility located in Belle Chasse, LA, the company has an in house support staff which includes welders, machinists, mechanics, electric/slick line specialists, and coil tubing specialists to insure that its equipment items are in peak operating condition before leaving for offshore duty.
